1. Sleeping too late 
Brain performs a lot of function while we are sleeping. Brain keeps on working while we are asleep. One of the main function that the brain performs while we are sleeping is that it helps to retain and consolidate long term memory. We do a number of things, meet a number of people in the entire day, the brain connects with various new things and new people but all of them are not worth saving. So, sleep is the time when brain outlines the things which are essential and are worth remembering . During the sleep the space between the brain cell expands which helps in clearing out all the negative thoughts and junks from mind. So if we sleep late and do not get at least 8 hours of sleep our brain will not be able to perform all of these functions. 

2. Not eating breakfast 
In our busy schedule we tend to avoid sitting on the breakfast table to have a good healthy breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. All happiness depends on the leisurely breakfast. This is so because it influences our physical, emotional and mental performance for the entire day. Breakfast helps maintaining the psychological balance of the brain, moreover it supplies energy, fuel and power to make the brain function effectively and efficiently. Therefore it is important to have a heavy breakfast. 

3. Violent temperament 

The person who is violent in nature suffers from various negative consequences such as stress depression, anxiety which causes several reaction to the nervous system, these increase the risk of high blood pressure, brain hemorrhage, heart attacks, saviour headache, strokes etc. 

4. Hearing high frequency stuff 

When we put on our headphones and full the volume, it not only damages our earbuds but it also affects the brain very badly. The loss of hearing is linked to the brain problems such as Alzheimer's ​ and loss the brain tissue. So it is always advised to keep the volume below 60% of the device's maximum volume. Moreover one should not be on headphones 24*7. 

5. Smoking 

Think of your top 4 friends, one of those 4 friends must be into smoking, if they are not, you are!! Yes according to the statistics it has been concluded that one out of every five person smokes. Smoking is really dangerous for the brain. Smokers have thinner cortex than the non smoker. Cortex is the outer layer of the brain responsible for memory for retaining things. People who smoke die early, it affects their lungs and leads to cancer also.
