History of BBRFI

Belonging to a place which is deep rooted in the tradition of “Bhagyawadi” leaving one’s life on the mercy of destiny was the socially desired attitude that was hard to break free from. However, Dr. Alok K. Mishra sir continued to believe throughout that, success in life can be worked upon by bringing in positive reforms in one’s personality. He refused to dismiss the reason behind failure in the hands of fate and destiny as well as one’s success as a mere outcome of a fortune prediction.
On witnessing army selection, sir observed that all the dimensions were analyzed thoroughly in the selection process of applicable candidates. Furthermore, being a philosophy student, his interest sparked in the field of psychology. He believed that all behaviour has a reason behind it. Dr. Mishra sir firmly believed that, just like we only see one direction at a time but others exists too similarly, one perspective towards the understanding of the complex human brain is not enough. All this gradually led to sir’s quest of understanding human personality via a holistic and scientific approach in order to understand the reason behind individuals’ short comings and the gap between setting goals and achieving them.
So, in 1999 he commenced researching in depth about the parameters that could help in analyzing individual’s personality. In the year 2004 when sir joined AIIMS, Delhi - he first came across the promising field of neuro-psychology and its diverse applications.
During the extensive research period in AIIMS, Delhi - a question of why certain people qualified the IAS exam while others could not despite the same training sessions arose in sir’s mind. Sir decided to further study a batch of 100 selected candidates and find a correlation between their personalities and why they could/couldn’t get qualified. The candidates’ potential was analyzed through a unique combination of “DNA Fingerprinting and Astro-Neuro-Psycho- Behaviour Dynamics”. Some of the common findings included - high frequency of beta waves and the fact that their communication was the most developed dimension about their psyche. Sir also aimed to find certain DNA markers in order to support his findings since, genetic basis of behaviour cannot be influenced by other independent variables and thus would prove to be the most reliable test.
Sir’s eternal desire for knowledge led him to pursue further studies in the field of law and criminology in the United Kingdom. During his studies in the U.K. he realized the importance of discovering one’s own personality so that the journey of self improvisation can be worked upon and success can be attained. While sir’s stay in the U.K. he started the “SUYOGAM CLINIC” which served as a Human Software Development Center and offered a Holistic Personality Diagnosis. He promised to make the individuals feel better within 7 – 9 days of time period.
As time progressed, sir’s eighteen years long hard work and thorough dedicated research bore its fruits in the form of a research trust of government of India under the Act of 1882. It was called the “BRAIN BEHAVIOUR RESEARCH FOUNDATION OF INDIA” and was established in December 2014.
Since then, the organization has always been upfront in helping people discover their hidden potential and enhancing their personality to their optimum level of functioning. Lastly, even with such versatile experience and knowledge base, Dr.Alok K Mishra sir has always stayed grounded.
He has always believed and continues to believe that - he is only a medium and that it is the divine who has been planning everything.
