1. Hand acupressure
There are many ways to cope with stress. Regular exercise, connecting with others, yoga, and massages are a few. This technique can be better understood with the help of following image and explanation.

The Thumb helps fend off emotions like worry and anxiety.

The Index finger helps you fight your fears.

The Middle finger helps control feelings of rage and bitterness.

The Ring finger aids in fighting melancholy and depression.

The small finger helps relieve stress and boosts your optimism and self-esteem.

How is this done?

Start this by taking one finger at a time, grasping it with the opposite hand .

Hold each finger for one to two fingers. Wait until you feel the pulse. This is when you know it’s working. You Need to do this for 5 mins on each finger to fight against these issues.

2. Deep breathing.
You’re going to breathe deeply, from your abdomen and not your upper chest. This will allow you to inhale more oxygen, which will go into your bloodstream and to your brain. When you breath long, deep breaths, you will feel more relaxed and any anxiety will gradually disappear. Sit up or stand, and breathe slowly through your nose. Take a long and slow deep breath, breathing in for 5 seconds, holding it for 5 seconds, and breathing out for 5 seconds.

Take 10 deep breaths just like this, and then take a break. Then do another set of 10 deep breaths. After a few sets of deep breaths you should be feeling pretty relaxed.

3. Yoga
Yoga is an ancient technique involving moving and stationary poses that can induce you to relax and reduce anxiety, stress, as well as improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. With the various types of yoga, you can perfect your technique to be as physical and intense or as gentle and laid back as you want. It is a surprising way to keep the stress away. Yoga is a surprising but effective way to boost your brain power. Try asanas like the plow pose, bridge pose, big toe pose, and inversions like the shoulder stand to increase blood circulation and oxygen flow to the brain.
